TSUGI(以下「本アプリ」)は、自分の文で話せるようになるための英語学習アプリです。 本ポリシーは、本アプリが取得する情報、その利用目的、第三者への提供について説明します。
運営者: Day 1 English(個人開発)。TSUGIとDay 1 Englishは同じ運営者・同じ共通アカウントです。
お問い合わせ: support@day1english.com
匿名アカウント識別子: 本アプリはログインなしで利用でき、その場合は端末ごとに発行される匿名IDだけでアカウントを識別します。氏名・電話番号は取得しません。
メールアドレス(任意): アカウントを作成またはメールでログインした場合のみ取得します。用途はアカウント作成・ログイン(確認コードの送付)と、Day 1 Englishとの同一アカウント判定です。これらを行わない限り取得しません。
学習記録: 練習での選択・入力・採点結果・進捗・ヒント等の手がかりの利用状況を、匿名IDに紐づけて保存します。
Day 1 Englishとつなぐ同意の状態: つなぐことをあなたが有効にした場合のみ、その同意・解除の履歴と、達成した表現の記録(後述)を保存します。
TSUGI Proの購入情報: 購入した場合、App Storeでの購入ではAppleが発行する取引ID、Google Playでの購入ではGoogleが発行する購入トークン・注文IDと自動更新の有無、およびそれぞれの商品ID、購入・更新・失効等の日時と契約状態を、メール確認済みアカウントに紐づけて保存します。支払方法やカード番号をTSUGIが取得することはありません。
通信ログ: ホスティング事業者が、不正防止と障害対応のためにIPアドレス等の標準的なアクセスログを保持します。
AIの提案についての報告: 添削の提案を「報告」したときの、報告の理由、任意で書いた補足(200字まで)、どの提案を報告したかの記録、報告した日時。
次の練習の組み立て(あなたの学習記録から、今に合うtargetとactivityを選ぶため)。
進捗と達成の表示。
コンテンツの改善: どの表現の練習素材が不足しているかを把握するために、擬名化された到達記録だけを集計します。あなたが入力した文章そのもの・氏名・メールアドレスは、この集計へ構造的に含まれません。
不適切な内容や誤りを含むAIの提案を確認し、その対策やAI機能の改善に役立てるため。
採点は、編集済みコンテンツとの照合によりサーバ内で行います。ここは変わりません。あなたの答えを採点のために外部へ送ることはありません。
単語と例文の読み上げ: 音声を鳴らすとき、辞書に載っている見出し語、または本に載せている例文だけをOpenAIへ送り、生成された音声を保存して以後は再利用します。どちらも公開前に編集した本の中身で、あなたが入力した文章・氏名・メールアドレス・学習記録は送りません。
文の添削: 提案を見たいと押すと、まず何を送るかを画面で示します。そこで「送って提案をもらう」を押したときだけ、そのとき書いた1文をAnthropicへ送ります。押さなければ送りません。
添削で保存するもの: 提案された文と、どのサービスのどのモデルがどの方針で出したかの記録です。あなたが提案を採る・自分で直す・元のままにする・破棄する、のどれを選んだかも記録します。
これらの送信先は、送られた内容をAIモデルの学習に使わない条件で利用しています。
学習コンテンツ自体は、公開前の編集工程(AIによる下書きと相互検証を含む)で制作されたものです。この工程にあなたの個人情報や入力は使われません。
つなぐのは、あなたが明示的に有効にした場合だけです。共有されるのは「ヒントなしで使えるようになった表現」の達成記録だけで、入力した文章そのものは共有されません。
つながりはいつでも解除でき、解除した時点でDay 1 English側からは達成記録が見えなくなります。
法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に販売・提供しません。広告目的の利用・提供はありません。
データの保管・配信のために以下の事業者を利用します(それぞれのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます)。
学習記録はサービス提供に必要な期間保存します。メールでログインしたアカウントも匿名アカウントも、アプリ内の「アカウント」画面から、アカウントと学習記録をいつでも完全に削除できます。TSUGIとDay 1 Englishで共通ログインを使っている場合、両サービスの対象データが削除されます。削除は取り消せません。App StoreまたはGoogle Playのサブスクリプションは、購入したストアで別途解約が必要です。
アプリを開けない場合は、アプリの外からでも削除を依頼できます。消えるもの・残るものと、メールでの依頼先は下のページにまとめています(ログインは不要です)。
アカウント削除の案内(ログイン不要)本ポリシーを改定する場合は、このページで告知し、最終更新日を更新します。
TSUGI works without login using an anonymous per-device account; an e-mail address is collected only if you choose to create an account or sign in (used for verification codes and for matching your account with Day 1 English). No name or phone number is collected. We store your practice records (choices, typed answers, scoring results, progress) under that anonymous ID to compose your next practice. Scoring happens on our servers against editorially produced content and never leaves them. Two features do call external AI services, and only these: pronunciation audio sends only the headword or a published example sentence (never your writing) to OpenAI; sentence correction sends the one sentence you wrote to Anthropic, and only after a screen tells you exactly what will be sent and you press send. If you do not press it, nothing is sent. What we keep from a correction is the suggested sentence and which kinds of change it made — the kinds are a fixed list, and the only words kept verbatim are closed-class grammar words (articles, prepositions, pronouns and the like). To improve content coverage we aggregate only pseudonymized achievement records — never your raw input. The optional Day 1 English link shares only records of expressions you mastered, is opt-in, and stops immediately when disconnected. Data is hosted by Supabase and Vercel, and the app is distributed via the App Store and Google Play. No data is sold or shared with third parties except as required by law. Both signed-in and anonymous accounts can be permanently deleted, together with their TSUGI learning records, from the in-app Account screen without contacting support. If the same account is shared with Day 1 English, its associated learner data is deleted as well. App Store and Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled separately in the store where you bought them. If you buy TSUGI Pro, we store the transaction identifiers issued by Apple (App Store purchases) or the purchase token, order ID, and auto-renewal setting issued by Google (Google Play purchases), together with the product, dates, and subscription status, under your verified account; TSUGI never receives your card number or payment method. If you use “Report” on a correction suggestion, we store the reason you chose, any note you add (up to 200 characters), which suggestion you reported, and when, so we can review problematic or incorrect AI output and improve the feature; reports are deleted together with your account.
